As a member of the BBC Factual production team, Tom worked to create this cross-genre show that sets a materials scientist Mark Miodownik against the TV Chef personality Marcus Wareing.
In this scene, a soundtrack produced by Tom is used to influence Marcus’s sense of taste, posing the big question, “is taste all in our heads?”
